Hello 🙂 Yep its us, back on the blog sharing one of our recent shoots, well its not that recent but who cares, its awesome and we love it.
Get set for lots of content, we have SOOOO much to share, I really didn’t know where to start and what shoot to pick!
Recently, we re-visited our “why” whats our why? Why are we photographers, what keeps us working in what seemingly is a dying profession? The very short answer is we just can’t see ourselves doing anything else, we are just so very lucky we get to do what we love for a living. Of course, there is a whole lot more to the answer which are more then happy to share face to face.
I often get asked what is my favourite event to photograph (Ie weddings, couples, kids or families etc), I struggle to think of just one type of event, as I just simply love photography. I love being at one with my camera, it really becomes an extension of my arm, the camera is just the mechanics behind what we visualise.
Then you meet a couple like these guys. Carli and Rob, 2 of the most awesome humans you would meet, (and I know so many of there friends would agree) they are so easy to talk to and get on with. This is the kind of shoot that makes me think, this is my favourite genre of photography. Being able to capture their relationship through a series of images like these is nothing less then an honour for us. Carli & Rob’s session came so easy and so naturally and it shows the love and respect they have for each other, I was just lucky enough to be there to capture it. A few months later I got to spend one perfect day with them.
This is truly what we love to do.
